    did nobody want to start this because it's friday the 13th?

    it's started now and i'll update when i have my stuff done.

    adding:

    15 minutes balance ball stretch
    30 flights

      went to the gym, did 25 minutes elliptical, 30 crunches, and upper body weights!!!

                Friday the 13th is a LUCKY day!!!

                one hour on the elliptical with 574 calories burned.

                    I did work out yesterday Skyye, but somehow got confused with all of the challenges I am in and forgot to post! I did 120 flights of stairs yesterday, and I did 100 today. Sorry for the mixup!

                    after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!

                        I did 40 minutes on the stairstepper, 20 minutes on the stability ball, 200 crunches, aerobic video tape this morning, and a sculpt tape this evening.
                        HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                        Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.
