HELLO FRIDAY!!!!!!!! 
This morning, I biked 5 miles on the stationary, did 200 crunches, and did a Tony Horton tape (sculpt 5/6).
I'm sore all over, so I'll probably do some stretches during lunch and maybe get some stairwork in.
