    HELLO FRIDAY!!!!!!!!


    This morning, I biked 5 miles on the stationary, did 200 crunches, and did a Tony Horton tape (sculpt 5/6).

    I'm sore all over, so I'll probably do some stretches during lunch and maybe get some stairwork in.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

            Hi all

            Did 1 hour Pilates again today. Very hard work - had a one-to-one with the trainer as I have some back problems and need a bit of expert help! He made me work much harder than I do on my own at home

            I know I need to balance my exercise better - this week, I seem to have done nearly all Pilates and resistance training whereas last week I did nearly all walking and climbing up cliff paths!

            But at least I am doing something nearly every day, which I didn't do before this challenge. So it has to be good!

                  Went to the gym, had a lite workout, due to a blister on my heel ow lol, i did 20 minutes of elliptical, and upper body weights, 20 crunches!!!
