Hey, everyone, Buffy here.
I walked 1.7 miles 32 minutes.
If anyone is interested, there is a website called mapmyrun.com where you can map out your route and it tells you how many miles it is. Kinda cool.
Also, I have a spreadsheet from a walking website that you enter your mileage and time and it totals it for the day, month and year so you can see your accumulative miles and time for the week or month or year. Kinda anal retentive, but, kinda fun to see that you walked 20 miles for the week or that you have spent 8 hours this year walking.

Another sick day- I have been feeling so bad, saw doc and it seems I have an infection in my gut and now an over-sensitive digestive tract. Drank a cup of peppermint tea this morning and stomach went into spasm.
I'm hoping to do some gentle stretching later today if I feel better. I did have a bit of a walk Monday as I had a long walk to and from the car park to the doctors
