    getting it started.

    you do realize that we are almost 1/2 way through with the current challenge, right? my how time flies when you working your buns off!

    i'll add my stuff when i get to it.

    adding:
    i've managed to get in 5 miles on the bike.

            Sorry..forgot to post my exercise yesterday...

            Friday...Walked 3 miles at home on purpose and then more while shopping every step counts to me

                60 minutes weights and 160 metres swimming (all in spite of having a runny nose and head cold)
