    getting it started.

    i'll be biking again today, getting my miles in for the mileage challenge.

    i did 5.1 miles and added some stab ball work and dumbbell work

    Got my walking in this moring...2 miles instead of 3, but I'm going to go shopping for a few things this morning and then will be cleaning off the back patio for company and the May Chore challenge All that should account for cardio and weight lifting....LOL.

    Woo hoo for being 1/2 way done with this challenge!
