Walking and some running as I was late for dentists appointment in town and had to dash from the car park some way away. I had been running round all morning trying to get my hubby up,washed dressed and downstairs, ready for a friend to care for while I went to dentists. I had more flights and weight lifting afterwards too. Not sure what exercise this counts as , but I have never been so tired!
