        50 minutes of toning and a 3 mile walk, plus cleaning the house.

            jogging 2.5 miles, walking 0.5 mile




            1st mini goal- 225 lbs.-Done!

              200 crunches, 15 minutes on stability ball, 45 minutes on treadmill, and 15 minutes on stair stepper.
              HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
              Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                Oooh, this is sad. 10 minutes stability ball and I'm already a tad sore.

                    20 minutes on trampoline, 30 mins on treadmill.

                    off subject I FELL OVER!! in town today I was walking along and it was raining, the floor was a bit slippy and I nearly did the splits!! I almost got up quick enough for no-one to notice except for the bag of metal kitchenwear I'd just bought smashed and banged the floor Everyone in Coventry town centre looked at me, but I just got up and walked on and all I thought was......can I count that as exercise hehehe

                      30 minutes working along with the Yourself Fitness game. Trust me, considering my current state of exercise abiliity, it counts. The knees, they are crying.

                        Uh Oh! Don't yell at me girls. I didn't walk, but I did do 32 minutes of back exercises, I hope that counts for an exercise day for me!

                          silly it counts. we know you don't have the best back in the world. i'm thinking that if FatFighters did the splits, that should count too!

                          because i got smacked into moving, i biked 5.4 miles and got a hike in of 2 miles.
