Ok. Silly, I'm gonna give this a try. I did 50 min on my Eliptical and 50 crunches. I'm really bad with crunches. My stomach muscles begin to twist and turn after a while..LOL!36/F, 5'8 "FOOD IS MY DRUG OF CHOICE.

I spent 20 minutes on the stability ball in the morning.
Then.... I spent 1-1/2 hrs pounding 17-10' metal T-post fence posts into Very Hard ground !MAY 2010 Challenges
ABS-1200, Squats-1200, Lunges-400, PushUps-700, Stability Ball-250 mins,
I weigh once a week, Mondays !
