                      200 crunches, 15 minutes on stability ball, and 45 minutes on stationary bike.
                      HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7

                        Ok. Silly, I'm gonna give this a try. I did 50 min on my Eliptical and 50 crunches. I'm really bad with crunches. My stomach muscles begin to twist and turn after a while..LOL!

                              I spent 20 minutes on the stability ball in the morning.

                              Then.... I spent 1-1/2 hrs pounding 17-10' metal T-post fence posts into Very Hard ground !
