    200 crunches, 15 minutes on stability ball, and 1 hour on the treadmill.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

      35 minutes of Eliptical and 10 minutes jumping rope. Gosh, it took me 10 min to jump only 300 times. Gotta keep working on this.

                38 minutes elliptical...307 calories burnt....25% fat
                One day at at time...today I will do what I need to do to reach my goal.

                      The sad thing is I am SO SORE today (after pounding posts yesterday)that I can hardly move.
                      I took the day off and just got back from soaking in the Hot Springs down the road.
