    30 minutes weight training arms, legs, gluts.
    20 minutes abs.

        30 minute walk with my dog...215 calories burnt

        40 minutes of upper body weights

        15 minutes on bike

        100 crunches
        One day at at time...today I will do what I need to do to reach my goal.

          I did crunches, stretches, and the treadmill today.
          HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
          Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                  BACK!! Well glad to be feeling better, but sad because i put 3 lb on and cheated and had naughty food while i was ill (no excuse ) But not going to beat myself up, back to my induction alot wiser! And still on track on my 6WEC -

                  p.s. cheating didnt make me feel better and i didnt enjoy the food the same! so at least i know the grass isnt necessarily greener on the carb side! and if i get ill again wont cheat!

                            After I got off work at 11pm... grocery shopped... came home and biked for 6 miles and did my abs... everyone's asleep... seems a little weird but it seems to work for me.
