    2miles walking at 4mph for 1 mile and 1 mile at 5mph (I think I sweated any liquid my body had in it).

    100 crunchers done

    It's 100 degrees already and I'm chilling out in the house!

                  Went to the gym with hubby for the first time in... a year and a half!
                  eliptical 2miles in 27 minutes
                  bike 4 miles in 11 minutes
                  abs, pushups, stretches...
