    Re: 6WEC 36, Week 3, Day 5, Thursday July 5th

Turned out to be another rest day - though it didn't feel like it.

I am really struggling to fit in the exercise at the moment with getting dh (still on the crutches, still with broken hip - back to the hospital next week) up, washed, dressed, fed and ready for work. Then I get ready and drive him to work (40mins), where they look after him. Then I drive myself to work (another 40mins). Work all day, then back to pick up hubby, where we do it all again in reverse. By the time we've got home, cooked, eaten, I've done the chores etc, it is time to get dh to bed and I'm exhausted .

Hopefully, things will get better once they've operated and he can start to get better, but that is a few weeks away yet. Meantime, I am just doing the best I can and trying not to get too down about it all
