                Sheesh with all my other challenges...seems I should have went 7/7 instead of 4/7... I was tryin to play it safe.

                            1 hour plus of Pilates - I eventually found the time, but I really had to force myself to do it as I felt so tired. But as usual, I felt so much better afterwards and am so happy I did it.

                            Woke up with bad sore throat this morning (Sat) and feeling rough now - think I may have caught my friend's nasty cold. Still have to look after hubby though so will try and ignore it
