    I hope it's OK that I start the thread, but as I'm 6 hours ahead, I finished gym and you are all probably still sleeping...

                        I'm sooo tired I helped a friend of mine move her classroom today (lots of walking!)
                        I went to the gym afterwards and did 40 min cardo and 20 min weight training.
