                200 crunches, 20 min stability ball, 1 hour stationary bike, and more stretches.

                                            Rest day - well, husband had long-awaited hip revision, replacement and fracture repair and I drove madly between hospital and home twice and worried myself silly in between but I didn't fit in any exercise!
