    Normally, this is a rest day for me, but I had extra energy this morning for some reason.

    200 crunches, 20 minutes stability ball, and 1 hour on the treadmill.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.
