            Rest day, even though I did ride my bike--it was for fun, not exercise

            Wow, Grant, I wish I was as coordinated as you!

            Skyye, I remember those days--even if it's wearing, enjoy it while you can. My son now weighs 40 pounds more than me and my daughter and I are getting closer in weight!
