      I have been swamped at work that last couple of weeks. As a result I have come on to record. But I kept track on a stickie.

      8/13 -- Walk/Run 14 minutes
      8/14 -- 45 walk
      8/15 -- 8 flight of stairs
      8/16 -- 30 walk
      8/17 -- 15 walk
      8/18 -- off
      8/19 -- 45 minutes
      8/20 -- 20 minutes, 8 flights of stairs

                              200 crunches, 1 hour workout with a personal trainer (OUCH!), and lots of stretches.
                              HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                              Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.
