      31 minutes, 2.7 miles

                swimming 50 min, water aerobics 50 min, 200 crunches, 20 min stability ball, and stretches.
                HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7

                  3 sets of seated leg presses (up to 120 kilos now!!), an hour of pilates, hour of body conditioning, C25K then 20 minutes stationary bike!! whew!!
