              i can't believe that i have to take another rest day.
              it really wasn't as far as movement goes but nothing like regular exercise.

                            2 sets of 10 reps each: isometyric bicep hold; isometric shoulder hold; wall pushups; boxer; leg extentions; superman; deadbugs;

                            I had put this on the wrong day. Sorry!





                            290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
