        3 min warm up
        15 min run(felt like my legs were gonna fall off!)-
        combo of
        18 crunches!(I am so proud of me!!!)
        16 obliques
        14 double crunches
        21 pushups
        I have vowed everyday to try and add another number to my exercises, slowly but surly I will get there.

          290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

              Still not feeling my best yet but I managed to do 1/2 miles on the treadmill and 1/2 mile on the elliptical machine.
