Got up at a ridiculous hour and went to the gym at 7 am as they close early today so my usual evening session is not possible. Did weights and lots of walking!

Walk. This WAS gonna be a rest day, but my car broke down on my paper route and I was in a dead zone for the cellphone, sooooo, I had a lovely 1/2 hour,at least a mile, maybe more, walk to the only place open to use the phone
