    Gonna go ahead and throw this up here now while I'm thinking about. Afraid I might forget otherwise. LoL

    6WEC#41 will begin on Sunday, January 13th and runs through Saturday, February 23rd.

    Sign up!
    #1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
    #2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

    -Under arms, around chest
    -Fullest part of chest
    -Ribcage
    -Waist
    -Hips
    -Upper arm x 2
    -Thigh x 2
    -Weight

    Don't forget to check in!
    #1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#41, Week 1, Day 1, Sun, Jan 13"
    #2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.

    Win something!
    #1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
    #2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

    This is where everyone can go to view the chart to see if you're exercising or not.

        I'm in for 5 days out of 7! I'm really loking forward to this one!

          Hi, I'm in for the challenge!. I'll be working out 4/7 days. I'll come back to post measurements a little later today.
          Start Weight: 146.6lbs
          Goal Weight: 120.lbs
          1st mini goal: 140 lbs
          2nd mini goal: 135 lbs
          3rd mini goal: 130 lbs
          4th mini goal: 125 lbs
          5th mini goal: 120 lbs

                    I'm in again for 4/7
