    Starting this one to let you know i gotta drop out, doctor finally warned me against doing exercise,

    Got pneumonia

    i've got pneumonia too. my doc said no excersing for me....

    just kidding. i figured if it worked for emma, maybe it would work for me

      I decided to get up and go workout. So I did the treadmill, Elliptical Machine, Bike and some weight machines. I feel so much better

            30 minutes of jogging.
            The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast:

              Walking for me. More than likely I will do my floor exercises again minus the pushups or I might try converting them to wall pushups.

                        Moving furniture and cleaning carpets for about 3 hours. I hope that counts, because I did not plan on doing it, but it sure did wear me out.
