    I didn't see it so I am throwing it up. I did my 1,100 yards swimming and walked 1/2 mile on treadmill.

      60 minutes of jogging for me.
      The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast:
      the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'.
