    Just throwing it up. Raining hard today so it will be walking inside on the treadmill for me today.

    I will also be working at the pizza place my husband manages to help out for superbowl sunday so I will be on my feet a lot and moving around much more than I usually do. Don't worry though!! I can resist pizza and calzones (barely) but there is a place next door that does fire grilled chicken that I love way more than pizza.

    12/28/07 @ 304lbs.
    02/11/08 = 289lbs. Bye Bye 290's FOREVER
    2/24/08 = 285 lbs.
    Going for 160lbs.

          Long walk today, it was beautiful outside!

          I can't believe it is week four already! Good for all of us for sticking with it this long! We're more than half way there, soon Porcelain and I can weigh again!

              This is going to be the longest I have ever stuck with a scheduled exercise thingy. I am so excited. Sometimes, I wake up and just think "I want to walk!"

              Wednesday, I have a doctor's appointment and I know they will weigh me but I am going to close my eyes and she isn't to tell me how much I weigh. I probably wouldn't like it anyway. Those scales always weigh me more and, of course, I will be fully clothed. I might ask her if I have lost weight from last time though, I just don't want to know any numbers until I get to the end of this challenge.

                Whenever I open a thread and the first post says "just throwing it up", I miss the "it" part and think "man, people vomit a lot around here!"

                Anyway.....30 min cardio, biceps, major abs workout.
