    Okay I hope its okay that I posted this but I didn't see one already.... If I'm outta line Sorrreee

    Today I 'rested' I say that with quotes because there was absolutely nothing restful about today. But I didn't do exercise. Tomorrow is a better day!

    I was on the treadmill for 30 mins today.

        shari dawn, whoever gets here first is more than welcome to start the days thread.

        for anyone who doesn't know... just make sure you change the week number, day number, the day of the week and date. no problem if that gets whacked as i have POWER and a CAPE.... lololol .... .to make changes.

            20 minute walk for lunch, 20 more to pick up kids. I'm thinking about buying a jump rope! My lungs are toast and I need something drastic lol
