Walking, sit-ups and push-ups today-- don't know why I bothered, though! At work today the fire alarm went off and we all had to evacuate. I work on the 24th floor!! My calves were killing me by the time we got to the bottom! I thought it was good exercise but if I'd really wanted to push myself I could have taken the stairs back up!
