    Good Afternoon everyone! Hope you are having a great Thursday!

    Walking, Sit-ups and Push-ups...going to try adding in lunges tonight too!

        got my treadmill time in today. I am just walking until my knees heal. Want to start running again.

                1.30 miles on treadmill; 30 crunches (abs still hurting from Tuesday) and some various leg exercises.
