    just finished 35 minutes with the stability ball. now i'm on to biking.

        tae bo pluse I walked a mile through the heavy snow to get my kids from school I also did
        50 flutter kicks, 50 abdominal exercises I don't know what to call them, and 25 leg lifts on each leg. I'm pooped. Next I'm off to shovel the driveway and side walk after my documentary is over. Peace to you all!

              I officially blame this on Alexa - since she subliminaly suckered me into participating in the monthly fitness challenge so I HAD to excerise in order to get my baseline ( Alexa)

              Pedaling - 6 miles
              Treadmill - 1.5
              Walking - 1.0
              Squats - 45
              Crunches - 33
              Steps - heaven knows how many.. all I know is it was a slow and agonizing 3 minutes )
              Push Ups -- embarresed to post 9
