I live in San Antonio - hasn't snowed here in officially 20+ years so no excercise there. I did however get in 20 minutes of stability ball which included crunches and squats so my body felt that 20 minutes... but in a good way!

rest day for me. I spent all day in front of my pc updating my church's website as the webmaster. I may not have worked out but man my shoulders feel like I have been lifting weights for hours. Sitting in front of a desk for a few hours can sure do ya in. Id rather have worked out.
