    tae bo, housecleaning, walking to pharmacy and cub scout go-see-it (about 1/2 mile in total) and targeted ab exercises

          Walking, 20 minutes stability ball & some additional crunches and squats to make my quota for the month --- need to go try some push ups now

            1 hour (3 miles) on the treadmill, and 100 variety style crunches for the abs.

                30 min. on the eclipitical machine, 4 sets of 8 on the arms and biceps machine.

                60 crunches and 3 sets of 7 working the torso

                3 sets of 8 on hamstrings and thighs.

                An hour work out.
