Walking today, tried to do running but ended up feeling a little weak and lightheaded! I guess my body is still not 100% yet from being sick!

I got up at 5 am and got my exercise in I am so pumped!!
45 minutes on the elliptical.
squats, pushups, crunches
I so needed my rest day yesterday!

14.40 pedaling and walking
Edited to add: 50 squats, 50 crunches & 20 push ups.
Created a spreadsheet to track this challenge and others and got pumped up ~so I decided to do some more to make my goals
