    C25K D2 W1@ 4:30 am, (wow, I'm actually awake for work!) was going to do Pilates before bed but feel exhausted. Going to drop Pilates back to non-C25K days or awhile.

      I did abs, push ups and squats this morning.
      OK, I'm editing this because I just did the walk away the pounds video tonight as well. I better see some weight loss this week..lol.

                            Geez I for got sign in yesterday because after the gym I had to run around. So I am working out 5dy/wk and and am on day 4 with 20 mins in the zone at the gym and 160 crunches.
