        Fat Blasting Yoga tape --30 min aerobic workout
        Will probably do the strength conditioning and core conditioning parts later. It's storming here today, but if it clears up, I will do C25K run. It's days like these I wish I had a treadmill! :anger If I can't run, I'll do my lower body weight training that I missed yesterday.

        It cleared up--yeah! So I did C25K wk 1 day 2--it was COLD & windy, though! I did end up doing the other 2 parts of my yoga tape before my run, so I feel really good about today's work!

            Today I did C25K Week 5 Day 1 and then instead of Burn it up I did Ramp it Up.

              Hey! Good to see you!

              Yesterday was a surreal day.....running around......then the hip did an ubber-cranky thing.......and by the time I got the pain under control, I allowed myself to slide out from under with the, “Aww Gee, I am too tired” excuse. Not acceptable.** Bottom line, I did not exercise yesterday :no . So, just go ahead and plunk a SLUG down for me.

              Did much better today! :joy I Ramped it Up. I have two more of them to go and then it's on to Burn it Up for 18 sessions. :yikes

              Ta, see you all tomorrow.


              ** I asked myself, had someone said, “I will give you a million dollars in cash, tax free, right now, if you can muster the energy to enthusiastically do your exercises.” Would I have magically found the energy???? Uh huh, like I said, slap down that SLUG!

                35 minutes weight training arms + 8 minute buns video + 2.7 miles on treadmill at 3.0 incline at 3.8mph.

                    I work out on our soloflex for 25 minutes, then I exercised for 10 minutes(danced, hulahooped, ran in place)

                          I'm taking a rest day for today. My knees are bothering me a bit. Not sure if its from the crazy weather (was 70s and sunny for several days and then drop to mid 40s and rainy.. bleh!) or from starting the running program.

                              rest day... went from 9 hour regular work day to 4 hour internship shift. *sigh* i'm here now at the internship as i type. :no
