Just because you land without injury does not necessarily mean you didn't screw up, it just means that you got away with it one more time.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

            Hey!

Did the last session of Ramp it Up. Though I must admit that it was at about 80% of maximum capacity.

Was really hard pushing myself. Feel like I'm coming down with something???????? Kinda headachy and listless. DO NOT HAVE TIME for any thing like that.

Tomorrow is a rest day. Hopefully by Monday I will be back to my normal self..........course I had better be..........I start the BURN IT UP of S in 6!

Ta, see you all on Monday.

Last report for #15 and I am happy with myself this challenge for meeting or exceeding my goal of 5 days per week consistently... :icondance

Today I did day 2 week 5 of C25K and then Ramp it Up. (Just can't bring myself to do Burn it up on the days I do the running.) One good point with going down a level in SI6 on these days is that it sure feels easier! BIU is a super cardio blast in addition to major butt kicker!

See you all tomorrow in #16!

And if you are reading this post...Congratulations on making it to the last day of the challenge, you rock :joy

I could not wake up at 7:0am to go to my Yoga Class at 9:00am. I was so tired after a very stressed week.
