    Still under the weather so took today off.

      Rest day for me today.

      This week I start back at my summer job while still working my winter job, I have a feeling am going to become burnt out. Thankfully for the time being the summer job will not be in high gear or very busy. I have to keep at minimum 2 days a week at the winter job in order to keep the position. My family will never see me :sadblinky or :joy depending on who you ask!

                  I'm a day late on posting this. I walked a mile on the treadmill ....20 minutes. and used my little 5 lb weights. I'm going to try to increase the minutes on the treadmill slowly (20 years of smoking is catching up to me.)

                      Sunday was a traveling day for me. So basically a rest day.
                      Monday- A.M. 35 min. on treadmill and 100 crunches.

                            15-20 min freestyle dancing--ballet/lyrical-type to my praise music before church this a.m.--great way to work out the kinks in my back and get the blood moving this morning....

                                Checking In

                                My computer was acting funny on Sunday, so hubby defragged it. At any rate,

                                Sunday: A walk around the block (I don't have a pedometer, and not sure how far this is) but it took about 25 minutes.

                                Monday: Walked 2/3 mile (according to hubby) We both went, yippee!!

                                Am taking it slow because I haven't exercised in years and don't want to risk injury.
