      Ooops, didn't realise there would be a separate thread.

      Waist 2.36 inches
      Hips 2.36 inches
      Ribcage 2.75 inches
      Bicep x 2 3.15 inches
      Thigh x 2 1.57 inches

      My weight has gone from 198 lbs to 191 lbs!

      When I convert my total cms lost (30cm) I get 11.8 inches total.

      I'm sorry about having to convert but I really don't get the imperial thing :confused

                    My results aren't great. TOM showed up and ruined what little losses I could have had... :raving

                    Waist 30.50 - 31.50 = -1.00
                    Hips 41.00 - 40.50 = 0.50
                    Biceps 12.00 - 12.00 = 0.00 X 2 = 0.00
                    Thighs 25.00 - 25.00 = 0.00 X 2 = 0.00

                    Weight 166 - 170 = -4

                    So I gained 0.25 inches and gained 4 lbs *sigh*
