50 sit ups which completed my commitment for the June Ab Challenge 20" walking This isn't formal exercise but let me tell you I certainly got a work out!! 60" on the playground with my grandchildren ages 4, 3 & 14 months. I was climbing, pulling, lifting & going down the slide! I certainly wasn't able to do this 10 months ago!!
