      my guts are tore up with radiation today. rest day for me

      btw, don't worry if you don't see a "gotcha" for your posts. i'm subscribing to threads for daily updates. when i get those, i'll have all posts made and charts will be done up accordingly.

        Ok here it gos I exercised 40 minutes today combo of stair stepper and lifting weights.

        I rested on Sunday.

                            50 sit ups which completed my commitment for the June Ab Challenge
                            20" walking
                            This isn't formal exercise but let me tell you I certainly got a work out!! 60" on the playground with my grandchildren ages 4, 3 & 14 months. I was climbing, pulling, lifting & going down the slide! I certainly wasn't able to do this 10 months ago!!
