              100 abs
              25 push ups
              i didn't get time for a walk today,(worked a 10 hr shift) but walked in place for 500 steps....gotta do something to keep moving and motivated.....

                    We were traveling today(6/30), so it was a rest day for me. After yesterday, my knees appreciated it!
