    1/2 mile walk (warm up)
    2 sets of 12 reps on various weight machines
    2 miles on stationary bike
    2 sets of 10 crunches (YAY! This is an accomplishment and a half for me!)

    jazzercise for me today. I'm going for one hur of body sculpting and hopefully another hour of jazzercise.

      I had a to take an agility test this morning because I'm applying to become a police officer. I won't describe the whole thing here but believe me, it was not easy.

        30 minute curves workout

        15 minutes of laps in the pool
        100 crunches
        50 situps

                              abs, pushups, squats....tons of walking at the Zoo.....was heading out for a BIG walk and I walked right into a thunder storm...I may get one in when/if it stops
