    Worked hard cleaning around the house for 45 minutes and got sweat up =)
    36 year old Female - 5'8
    New start on Atkins 3/8/2010 Start weight 175 lbs.
    Goal weight 145 lbs
    Mini goal #1-170 lbs - Reached 3/15/2010
    Mini goal #2-165 lbs -
    Mini goal #3-160 lbs -

        biking and step stool 'flights' so far for me. also stab. ball for 25 minutes.
        adding that jack and i took a 30 minute walk at the park

              Walking for me as well as some heavy duty carpet-cleaning etc to keep busy while my DH is in hospital.
