                  Gym today it was pretty hot so I could not stay as long as I wanted total time was about 30 minutes.

                              Stability ball crunches, lat pull downs, curls, reverse curls, bench press, tricep press, military press, press your pants and other stuff I can't recall now.
                              Going to hit some golf balls now...does that count?
