      rest day for me

      jimmy48- i was checking out the progress reports, they don't look right. looks like week 1 results are posted twice now and no week 2 posted at all.

        45 minutes on the hand bike and 15 minutes on the spine force and some free weights at home.
        36 year old Female - 5'8

            10 minute abs/80 or so various crunches

                should be all fixed now. week two is posted in a second post, same thread.
