    2-mile run this morning. Will hit the gym tonight. All this exercise is tiring but good!

      Have done 1/4 hr stretch and 1/4 hr floor exercises, planning same again and run later.

        I did 45 minutes of strength training. I do 1 set, 10 reps each of 22 different exercises. I feel stronger already!

                went to gym did elipitical for 30 minutes then weight lifting for about 20 minutes

                          100 squats(did them throughout the day)
                          40 ab crunches on stability ball
                          add another 85 ab crunches
