                      painted and scrubbed trim for about 6 hours today. Planned to do some dance exercise this evening, but by the time we quit painting my knee was swollen like a baloon. I will recover though!

                      and with all this painting and climbing ladders etc. I figure to be a pound lighter tomorrow!
