              Last night I actually did 30 min on the treadmill on random setting, so I had different levels of incline.

              I'm breaking in a new pair of shoes and when I got off the treadmill, my left heel was bleeding. Oh well. A few bandages and I'm ready to go again tonight!

              Finally took measurements

              Under you arms (around your chest) - 32"
              Fullest part of your chest/bust - 35-1/2
              Ribcage - 32"
              Waist - 33"
              Hips - 41-1/2"
              Upper Arms (both biceps) - 11-1/2" x 2
              Thighs (both thighs) - 25-1/2" x 2

              Weight - 146.5 (sigh)
              51/F 5' 152.5/150/110

                        I changed my mind it is NOT my rest day I painted for four hours and between climbing up and down the ladder and the whole painting deal I get to count at least 1 hour of exercise for this!!!

                            I pushed myself a little harder today. I walked 1 mile on the treadmill this morning and then 1.5 miles this evening = 2.5 miles. :nod I really forced myself to go from 30 to 50 crunches. Whew, that nearly did me in. I Also used my 5 lb weights.

                              3.5 miles on treadmill: 1 mile at 10% incline 3mph, 1 mile at 8% incline 3.2mph, and 1 mile at 0% incline 3.5mph
                              Plus 15 minutes weight training (did arms today)
                              and 15 minutes on my Healthrider
