    i just finished taking a walk, 28 minutes, 1.4 miles

    i'll probably ride my bike for at least 1 mile and do some stretching on the stability ball.

    Hi Jimmie, I haven't been able to get into the thread for yesterday for some reason so I am logging it here. Yesterday (Thrusday the 17th) I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and today is a rest day.

      not a problem. the board fizzled out sometime last night. i'll have yesterdays exercise on the new update in the morning.
